An Accurate Mix
The exact mix of planning, writing, design, scheduling, and account support is defined before work begins so you know what is included each month. Good social content does not always require more information. It often requires making better use of the information you already have.
You bring the knowledge. I turn it into content.
You do not need to provide finished captions or arrive with a folder full of ready-to-post ideas. I can develop social media content from rough notes, event details, newsletters, website pages, photographs, program information, seasonal priorities, and conversations with your team. If you already have content, I can review, edit, organize, and adapt it for social media. Longer information can become a series of shorter posts. An event can become an announcement, featured-content post, ticket reminder, countdown, day-of reminder, and follow-up. A newsletter article can become several focused posts rather than disappearing after one email. The goal is to make better use of the information you already have while creating a consistent stream of content that feels intentional rather than improvised.
Built to Support Your Organization—Not Consume It
Planned with Purpose
Content is organized around your goals, audiences, programs, events, services, and communication priorities—not posted simply to meet a quota.
Recognizable at a Glance
Consistent colors, typography, imagery, tone, and graphic structure help people recognize your organization before they even read the name.
Flexible Enough to Respond
A content plan provides structure while leaving room for timely announcements, changing priorities, community updates, and unexpected opportunities.
Organized for Approval
Clear calendars, defined deadlines, and a practical approval process help content move forward without creating unnecessary confusion or last-minute scrambling.
A Strong Fit for Organizations That…
- Know they should post consistently but struggle to keep up
- Have valuable information but are unsure how to turn it into engaging content
- Need social media to support events, programs, memberships, or fundraising
- Want custom graphics rather than generic templates
- Need several departments or stakeholders represented in one coherent feed
- Have a strong website or brand but an inconsistent social presence
- Need help connecting newsletters, website content, and social media
- Do not have a dedicated in-house social media professional
- Value direct collaboration with the person planning and creating the content

Frequently asked questions
Which social media platforms do you manage?
Most of my work focuses on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, although the right platform depends on your organization, audience, content, and goals. I can help determine where your effort is most likely to be useful rather than automatically recommending that you maintain every available platform.
How often should my organization post?
There is no single posting schedule that works for every organization. The right frequency depends on your audience, goals, available content, active campaigns, and budget. I recommend a sustainable schedule that allows the content to remain useful, relevant, and well designed rather than posting frequently simply to remain active.
Do I need to provide all of the content?
No. You can provide finished information, rough notes, photographs, newsletters, event details, website links, or basic topic ideas. I can then develop, edit, organize, and adapt that information into complete social media posts. I can also help identify content opportunities when you are unsure what to share.
Do you write the captions and create the graphics?
Yes. Social media support can include both post writing and custom graphic design. Captions are developed to fit your audience, message, and intended action, while graphics are designed to remain consistent with your larger brand.
Will I be able to review posts before they are published?
Yes. We will establish a practical review and approval process before posting begins. Content can be presented in a calendar or review document so you can confirm details, request changes, and approve posts before they are scheduled.
Do you schedule and publish the posts?
Yes. Scheduling and publishing can be included in an ongoing social media management agreement. The specific platforms, posting frequency, approval schedule, and account responsibilities are defined at the beginning of the engagement.
Do you respond to comments and direct messages?
Basic monitoring or response guidance can be included when appropriate. Comments or messages involving customer-service issues, private information, complaints, financial matters, or specialized organizational knowledge are generally handled by someone inside the organization. We will establish clear responsibilities before management begins.
How much does social media management cost?
Pricing depends on the number of platforms, posting frequency, amount of original content required, graphic-design needs, scheduling, campaign activity, and the level of ongoing management involved. I provide free estimates based on a clearly defined monthly scope so you know exactly what services are included.
